MHA Convention Preview: 2026 Distinguished Service Award
The Missouri Hospital Association will honor Rich Liekweg, former CEO of BJC Health System, on Wednesday, Nov. 4, during the Celebration of Achievement Awards Dinner at MHA’s 104th Annual Convention in Kansas City, Mo. The award honors Liekweg’s dedicated service to improving hospitals, health care and community health in Missouri. In addition to the Distinguished Service Award, MHA will honor recipients of the Trustee of the Year Award, Aim for Excellence Award and Visionary Leadership Award. Join your peers to celebrate these milestones with the honorees at the awards dinner.
The Missouri Hospital Association is a nonprofit association in Jefferson City that represents 138 Missouri hospitals. In addition to representation and advocacy on behalf of its membership, the association offers continuing education programs on current health care topics and seeks to educate the public about health care issues.
