MO HealthNet Publishes Proposed APR-DRG Regulation Changes

MO HealthNet published proposed regulation changes to the inpatient payment methodology to All-Patient Refined Diagnosis Related Groups effective July 1. The proposal also changes the Federal Reimbursement Allowance tax rate to 5% and increases the inpatient adjusted net revenues to 4.5% for SFY 2026. 

Changes to the Inpatient Hospital Services Reimbursement Methodology section (13 CSR 70-15.010) and upper payment limits section will be completed at a later date. The public comment period is open until the end of August.
