Missouri Medicaid Audit And Compliance Division To Move Under MO HealthNet
The MO HealthNet Division announced that effective Sept. 16, responsibility for the Missouri Medicaid Audit and Compliance Division will move under MO HealthNet. This move is intended to streamline and improve coordination of provider enrollment activities, while allowing MMAC to focus on compliance, fraud, waste and abuse. The Missouri Hospital Association is a nonprofit association in Jefferson City that represents 136 Missouri hospitals.
