CMS Issues Contract Year 2026 Medicare Advantage Disclosure Final Rule
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services released the contract year 2026 Medicare Advantage disclosure final rule. The rule requires MA plans to increase beneficiary access to provider data while comparing plans in the CMS Medicare Plan Finder tool. The Missouri Hospital Association published an issue brief for each of the final rules.
