MO HealthNet Publishes Emergency FRA Tax Regulation
The Missouri Department of Social Services’ MO HealthNet Division published an emergency regulation setting the outpatient trend for state fiscal year 2027 at 4.7%, effective Wednesday, July 1. The Federal Reimbursement Allowance provider tax rate for state fiscal year 2027 will be set at 5%. The emergency regulation will be in effect until February 2027.
