MO HealthNet Expands Claim Diagnosis Occurrences

MO HealthNet released a provider bulletin effective July 1 that expands the inpatient and outpatient 837I claim form to accept up to 41 claim header diagnosis (Dx) occurrences. The hierarchy for Dx type, Dx type sequence, Dx qualifier and full provider bulletin can be found here.
