HIDI Releases Second-quarter CY 2025 Update To Discharge Data-based Quality Indicators
The Readmissions, Hospital-acquired Conditions, AHRQ Quality Indicators, Risk Mortality, Health Equity, Patient Safety and Perinatal Quality Collaborative data have been refreshed within HIDI Advantage® to include measure calculations based on discharge data from the second quarter of calendar year 2025.
These quality data updates can be found in various reports in Advantage Optics, within the Care Optics folder.
