General Assembly Passes SFY 2026 Supplemental Bill

The Missouri General Assembly passed the SFY 2026 supplemental budget bill for additional funding through Tuesday, June 30. The supplemental bill totals more than $3 billion and includes $517 million of general revenue. The supplemental bill includes the following.

  • additional funding for MO HealthNet and Medicaid programs
  • funding to begin technology updates for work and community engagement requirements in H.R. 1
  • $100 million in authority for the Rural Health Transformation Program

The bill awaits the governor’s signature.
