Workforce Data Dashboard

Annually, MHA releases data on the status of Missouri’s hospital workforce providing insights into workforce supply, demand, vacancies, turnover and emerging trends. This year, in addition to the traditional report-based analysis and regional profiles, the data is represented in a Tableau-powered dashboard that offers a comprehensive, interactive experience allowing users to explore multi-year trends and visualize workforce dynamics through intuitive, color-coded vacancy and turnover maps. Drawing on statewide and regional data from participating hospitals, this new tool provides hospital leaders, educators and policymakers with a more dynamic and accessible way to understand and analyze hospital workforce data.  

The tabs at the top of the dashboard allow users to navigate through state and regional datasets. For more in-depth regional data, select the “Go To Regional Profiles” on the right side of the dashboard.
