Rick Pollack Announces Retirement From AHA
Wednesday, American Hospital Association President and CEO Rick Pollack announced he would retire by the end of 2026. He has served at AHA for 43 years and led the association for a decade.
“Rick has provided steady leadership during times of rapid change in health care,” said Jon D. Doolittle, MHA President and CEO. “He helped build a national framework for hospitals’ response to COVID-19 and has been a fierce advocate for hospitals and the front-line team members who work to improve care and health.”
The Missouri Hospital Association is a nonprofit association in Jefferson City that represents 136 Missouri hospitals. In addition to representation and advocacy on behalf of its membership, the association offers continuing education programs on current health care topics and seeks to educate the public about health care issues.
