MOSHE Holds Annual Board Retreat
The Missouri Society for Healthcare Engineering held its annual board retreat last week, bringing together board members, committee chairs and Missouri Hospital Association partners for a highly productive and collaborative session at the MHA office in Jefferson City, Mo.
With a full agenda, from strategic alignment and financial planning to process integration, advocacy priorities and goal setting, the team made significant progress in shaping a strong 2026 for MOSHE.
A special highlight was the deepened collaboration between MHA and MOSHE, focusing on aligning processes, integrating the two organizations’ work and expanding their collective reach across the state. The conversations were thoughtful, forward focused and grounded in a shared vision.

About MOSHE
MOSHE is a MHA Professional Membership Group with a mission to serve as a resource for the personal and professional development of members so that they are the best in the health care facilities management field and eminently qualified to address the unique needs of health care organizations. MOSHE provides members with at least 24 hours of education each year, along with extensive networking opportunities, resources and updates relevant to the facility management profession. Missouri hospital staff with responsibilities related to facility management are encouraged to join.
The Missouri Hospital Association is a nonprofit association in Jefferson City that represents 136 Missouri hospitals. In addition to representation and advocacy on behalf of its membership, the association offers continuing education programs on current health care topics and seeks to educate the public about health care issues.
