Staff Contact: Kara Amann

The Missouri Society for Healthcare Engineering recently was recognized by the American Society for Health Care Engineering for its exceptional contributions to optimizing the health care physical environment in partnership with ASHE.

ASHE, a professional membership group of the American Hospital Association, announced its 2026 Chapter Awards this week and will celebrate chapters during the upcoming annual Health Care Facilities Innovation Conference.

MOSHE was one of 19 chapters recognized with the Platinum Elite Chapter Award. Chapter Awards are given at the platinum, gold, silver and bronze level for meeting various criteria that signify the chapters’ outstanding work supporting ASHE’s strategic objectives. Chapters at each award tier also may attain an “elite” bonus award by verifying participation in ASHE’s Energy to Care Chapter Challenge.
