MO PQC Offers Dinner Series Focused On Postpartum Care
The Missouri Perinatal Quality Collaborative is hosting Postpartum Care in Missouri: A Regional Dinner Series, with six events scheduled throughout January and February. These intimate networking opportunities will focus on the following.
- discussing information and recommendations from the Missouri Optimizing Postpartum Care Task Force
- highlighting local efforts to improve postpartum care delivery
- creating connections between attendees interested in improving postpartum care
Hospital and health care leadership are encouraged to attend, as well as those providing care during the one-year postpartum period, including physicians, nurses, community-based organizations, doulas, midwives, birth workers, psychiatrists, therapists, peer support specialists and more.

The Missouri Hospital Association is a nonprofit association in Jefferson City that represents 136 Missouri hospitals. In addition to representation and advocacy on behalf of its membership, the association offers continuing education programs on current health care topics and seeks to educate the public about health care issues.
