MO HealthNet Launches New Online Form For Managed Care Issues
The MO HealthNet Division launched a new form for submitting issues with involving Managed Care Companies that cannot be resolved directly with the plan. This form can be used for billing disputes, claim denials, eligibility issues and other policy concerns. The new portal allows hospitals to upload supporting documentation and will be required for all requests beginning Tuesday, Sept. 1.
