Missouri PQC Offers Postpartum Care Stipends

The Missouri Perinatal Quality Collaborative, in partnership with MHA, is offering a limited number of stipends to stakeholders in Missouri responsible for and participating in providing fourth trimester and extended postpartum care. The funding is intended to support ongoing or new implementation of clinical and/or nonclinical interventions or programs designed to improve care delivery through April 2026.
 
Priority will be given to efforts addressing cardiovascular disease; mental health conditions; infections; patient, community and/or provider education and engagement; chronic disease management; care coordination; and/or transfers of care from specialist to primary care. The deadline to apply is Thursday, July 31. 

About Missouri Hospital Association

The Missouri Hospital Association is a nonprofit association in Jefferson City that represents 136 Missouri hospitals. In addition to representation and advocacy on behalf of its membership, the association offers continuing education programs on current health care topics and seeks to educate the public about health care issues.
