Missouri DSS Launches H.R. 1 Communications Toolkit
The Missouri Department of Social Services introduced an H.R. 1 Communications Toolkit designed to help community organizations, health care providers, advocates, and other partners understand upcoming federal policy changes and communicate them effectively to the communities they serve. The toolkit offers approved, easy-to-understand messaging and resources focused on H.R. 1 updates, including new community engagement requirements for members of MO HealthNet's Adult Expansion Group.
The Missouri Hospital Association is a nonprofit association in Jefferson City that represents 136 Missouri hospitals. In addition to representation and advocacy on behalf of its membership, the association offers continuing education programs on current health care topics and seeks to educate the public about health care issues.
