MHA Releases Medicare VBP, HAC And Quality Trending Analyses And Reports

The Missouri Hospital Association published an analysis of the Hospital-Acquired Condition reduction program, the Value-Based Purchasing program, a Medicare quality program overview and quality trending reports. Although critical access hospitals are exempt from the Medicare Inpatient Prospective Payment System pay-for-performance program, the quality trends reports are available for CAHs that submit quality data to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Policy and analytic studies, prepared for distribution by the Hospital Industry Data Institute, are available for download to authorized users of HIDI Advantage^®.
