MHA Publishes Financial Indicators Analysis
The Missouri Hospital Association published a financial indicator analysis that provides comparative financial metrics for individual hospitals compared to state and national benchmarks. The analysis uses standard accepted formulas, as defined and published by various rating agencies.
The source for the financial information is the first-quarter 2026 Healthcare Cost Report Information System database, which includes the Medicare cost report data. MHA posted these files to HIDI Advantage® for review.
The Missouri Hospital Association is a nonprofit association in Jefferson City that represents 136 Missouri hospitals. In addition to representation and advocacy on behalf of its membership, the association offers continuing education programs on current health care topics and seeks to educate the public about health care issues.
