MHA Opens Online Portal For 2026 Workforce Vacancy, Turnover Survey
Participation in the Missouri Hospital Association's annual Workforce Survey is critical to ensuring accurate, meaningful data is available to understand trends in the hospital workforce. The results inform statewide workforce strategies, advocacy efforts and policy discussions and help hospitals benchmark vacancy, turnover and staffing trends against peers.
The deadline for Missouri hospitals to submit their data via the online survey portal is Friday, Feb. 27. The strength and credibility of the data depend on broad participation. By contributing your data, you help shape solutions that directly support recruitment, retention and workforce planning across the state.

The Missouri Hospital Association is a nonprofit association in Jefferson City that represents 136 Missouri hospitals. In addition to representation and advocacy on behalf of its membership, the association offers continuing education programs on current health care topics and seeks to educate the public about health care issues.
