MHA Members Have Access To Class Action Settlement Recovery Opportunities
The Missouri Hospital Association has partnered with the Managed Care Advisory Group LLP for many years, which has resulted in several settlements paid out to participating hospitals.
MHA members may take advantage of a class action settlement service, on a contingent fee basis, through our partnership with MCAG.
As a reminder, the deadline for MCAG to file a claim on behalf of a hospital for the $1.2 billion Discover Financial Services mishandling of commercial accounts is Monday, May 18.

The Missouri Hospital Association is a nonprofit association in Jefferson City that represents 136 Missouri hospitals.
