Deadline For Workforce Data Submissions Approaching

Tags

Staff Contact: Jill Williams

Two surveys that provide essential data for hospitals are closing Friday, Feb. 27. The 2026 Missouri Regional Healthcare Compensation and Benefits Survey is the premier source of compensation and benefits data for health care organizations. Participating organizations gain access to compensation strategy and benefits planning resources, robust regional benchmarks, on-demand reports, and data to inform broad budgeting, recruiting and retention goals.

Participation in MHA’s annual workforce survey supports statewide and regional understanding of trends in the hospital workforce. In addition to benchmarking vacancy, turnover and staffing trends for hospitals against peers, the annual MHA Workforce Report is a primary advocacy and policy tool to support workforce development investments.

Questions about the compensation and benefits survey should be directed to Jill Williams. Support for workforce survey data submission is available from Jean Klindt.
