MHA website

Helping you best connect to how the Missouri Hospital Association helps hospitals fulfill their missions and serve their communities drives the content, resources and design of the new MoHospitals.org. MHA introduced its redesigned website with a new web address on July 1.

“MoHospitals.org represents who we serve — Missouri’s hospitals,” said Farrah Fite, MHA’s senior vice president of strategic communications and marketing. "The new web address demonstrates a shift away from one that represented a business acronym and better reflects our association's focus of shaping an evolving environment that helps our members thrive and serve their communities.”

In addition to the approximate 150,000 health care leaders and hospital team members that MHA serves, the website is a resource for staff of MHA and its affiliates; Missouri lawmakers, policymakers and government officials; news media; health care industry partners, vendors and consultants; and community and public health organizations.

New features

Along with a more user-friendly design, MoHospitals.org includes several other new features to make finding the resources you need quick and easy. Some of the new website's features include the following.

Simplified Navigation: Quickly find what you need — whether it’s information about MHA’s advocacy and policy work, how MHA helps hospitals, membership resources, or MHA’s calendar of events and educational opportunities.

Enhanced Search Functionality: A new and improved search functionality ensures that you can find whatever you’re looking for, whenever you need it.

Introducing MHA Newsroom: Access newly available resources, stay informed about the news that impacts hospitals and read health care-related articles.

“We looked at how visitors were using the site, asked questions and designed MoHospitals.org to get you to the information you need,” said Kendra Hanauer, MHA’s vice president of enterprise communications.

What you need to know

Here’s what’s changed: Instead of www.MHAnet.com, you can now find MHA’s new website at www.MoHospitals.org. The old web address is automatically redirecting to the new site, but we recommend updating your website bookmarks to reflect this change.

Along with a new web address, MHA staff email addresses have changed from name@mhanet.com to name@MoHospitals.org effective immediately. You’ll want to make sure you refresh your email contacts. To ensure delivery of all communications from MHA, we recommend asking your IT team to add @mohospitals.org to your organization’s safe senders list.

If you have any questions about the new website, or would like submit feedback, contact us here.

MHA's website: then and now

MHAnet website 1995 convention

The Missouri Hospital Association’s first website launched at the 1995 Annual Convention as “your on-ramp to the information superhighway.” Since then, www.MHAnet.com underwent a variety of facelifts and content evolutions, with the most recent update in 2019.

Now, three decades later, MHA took another big step forward with its online presence — and we’re excited to bring you along for the ride.
