Benefit And Trust: Harrison County Community Hospital Expands Access To Autism Services In Northwest Missouri
As part of MHA's ongoing Hospital Benefit and Public Trust Campaign — hosted on Missouri Health Matters — a new story was released exploring how Harrison County Community Hospital in Bethany, Mo., partnered with the University of Missouri-Kansas City to expand access to resources for families navigating an autism diagnosis. Through expanded assessment and therapy services — and a mobile Pediatric Autism Wellness Services, or PAWS, trailer — HCCH is reducing diagnosis time while supporting families throughout the region.
