2026 Lean Six Sigma Application Period Is Open
The 2026 cohort application for the Lean Six Sigma program is open, and applications are due Tuesday, Jan. 6.
Lean Six Sigma green belt and black belt certification programs are offered at a reduced cost through A3 Solutions Group to employees of Missouri hospitals.

Throughout the course, students will apply the knowledge and skills learned in trainings as they work on a required hospital-based improvement project.
MHA is accepting all applications. Additional weight will be given to the applications with a project focus on improving care delivery, reducing cost or eliminating waste with a focus on workflow-based areas.
Suggestions include Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE), barcode medication administration scanning compliance, reduction of medication errors, eliminating surgical/procedural harm, or reducing falls, Hospital Acquired Pressure Injuries (HAPIs), and infections.
