3:30 p.m. – Master Your Mindset: Reframing Challenges Into Opportunities
This session includes hands-on training built for executive assistants who operate in constant change, especially last-minute calendar shifts, and staffing or executive conflict. Participants learn a simple, repeatable method to stay calm, clear and confident under pressure using the aligned framework: Regulate → Reframe → Respond. First, we’ll practice a fast 60-second reset to reduce stress in real time. Next, we’ll apply proven reframing prompts to shift from reactive thinking to strategic clarity. Finally, we’ll use a Control/Influence/Accept tool to prioritize action, reduce feelings of being overwhelmed and move forward with confidence.
The session is anchored in TJ Sweet’s core themes of gratitude, purpose and connection that help participants regain perspective, focus on what matters most, and strengthen trust through calm, clear communication. Attendees leave with practical resources: a one-page toolkit, tailored scenario exercises and a seven-day implementation plan to reinforce habits after the event. The impact is immediate and lasting: improved adaptability, stronger communication during conflict, better decision-making under pressure and tools that can be used daily to elevate performance and well-being in your role.
