Robin Daitch is a partner in Team Med Global’s Augusta, Ga., office where she focuses her practice on health care compliance, medical malpractice and other complex litigation. She is a seasoned trial attorney, having tried numerous jury trials in federal, superior, and state courts in Georgia and the circuit court for Maryland.
Most recently, Daitch practiced at an insurance defense firm where she dedicated her practice to defending medical malpractice and insurance cases. Having a passion for health care, she also worked as in-house counsel for a hospital system in Augusta, Ga. There, she worked to ensure regulatory compliance of the hospital’s policies and procedures including investigating potential HIPAA and EMTALA violations, served on the hospital’s compliance committee, and trained new employees on the hospital’s corporate compliance program.
Donna Goestenkors, CPMSM®, EMSP, CLE, has more than 49 years of experience in the health care industry and is the recognized leader in the medical staff services field. She founded TMG in 2007 and has grown the company to more than three dozen team members who deliver stellar consulting, education, and staffing services in the fields of medical staff services, credentialing, provider enrollment, licensing, and leadership.
Goestenkors also oversaw the development of ProVISIONary Staffing, TMG’s staffing service. Clients include hospitals (academic, urban, community and critical access), credentials verification organizations, provider enrollment departments, health plans, managed care organizations and physician practice management offices.
Goestenkors earned an associate degree in medical services from Kansas City Business College, has her Certified Professional Medical Staff Services Management certification, holds an Executive Medical Services Professional credential and was accorded the Certificate in Leadership Excellence. In addition, Goestenkors is co-author of “The Executive Medical Services Professional” and “The Medical Services Professional Career Guidebook,” published by CRC Press. She is a past president of NAMSS.
Nicole Keller, MSHM, CPHQ, CPHIT, is a highly respected leader in the field of medical staff services, bringing more than 15 years of expertise in credentialing, privileging, provider performance management, compliance, health care operations and quality improvement. As a TMG University faculty member, Keller is dedicated to equipping Provider Lifecycle Professionals with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to excel in their roles and drive industry-wide transformation.
Throughout her career, Keller has led the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving credentialing and privileging systems, enhancing physician performance programs, and ensuring adherence to rigorous accreditation standards. Her proficiency in the development of medical staff bylaws, policies and procedures has earned her recognition as a trusted expert among health care institutions across the U.S.

Heather Moffitt Blair, MHCA, BSN, CPMA, CEMMC, is TMG’s provider enrollment director for education, where she leverages more than two decades of experience in the health care industry. Currently, as the credentialing and licensing manager at Saisystems Health, she oversees the licensing, provider enrollment and credentialing for more than 2,000 providers across all 50 states.
Moffitt Blair’s extensive background spans provider enrollment, credentialing, coding, nursing, licensing and contracting, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the health care landscape. She has worked in various settings, including clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, pharmacies, surgery centers and independent diagnostic testing facilities.
Her impressive credentials include a master’s degree in healthcare administration, a Bachelor of Science in nursing, and certifications as a Certified Professional Medical Auditor and Certified Evaluation and Management Coder. These achievements underscore her commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence.

Maya Royal, B.A., CPCS, is a seasoned credentialing specialist with more than a decade of experience in health care and financial services. Based in Rockford, Ill., she currently serves at UW Health SwedishAmerican, where she expertly manages high volumes of initial credentialing applications and ensures compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards including CMS, NCQA, and The Joint Commission. Royal is recognized for her strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to streamline provider onboarding through orientation and credentialing best practices.
Before transitioning into health care, Royal gained significant experience in the banking industry, where she managed a loan portfolio across several states, for which she brought her analytical skills and her ability to maintain critical relationships to bear. Royal holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Judson University.
