Political Action Committees
Advocating for Missouri Hospitals
Health care policies that directly impact Missouri hospitals are constantly evolving. Decisions made at the state and federal levels influence funding, regulations and the ability of hospitals to provide high-quality care. MHA participates in a variety of political action committees that serve as vital advocacy tools to ensure hospitals have a strong and unified voice in these discussions.
HEALTHPAC and the American Hospital Association Political Action Committee (AHAPAC) — help hospitals and health systems engage with policymakers, support candidates who prioritize health care and shape legislation that impacts the future of Missouri’s hospitals.
